Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions
We understand sometimes our customers circumstances can change and or are unavoidable and our clients may need to cancel or change there date. We do have a specific policy to help guide and provide clarity on our terms before you make your decision in booking with us. Fleur Events require a 30% deposit in order to secure the booking and lock in your specified date. The 30% deposit is non-refundable but the remainder of the payment when paid in full is up to the Fleur teams discretion after circumstances have been taken into account if a refund is available. In most cases we will treat any monies paid as a credit to carry and apply to a new suitable date if the event s being moved or postponed. Please note the non-refundable deposit is due to Fleur Events having reserved that date to work with you and all relevant stock becomes allocated and locked in for that event therefore should this event be cancelled Fleur Events loses that date when this could have been booked by another potential client.
Once a booking is made via our website and a deposit is paid in full no changes can be made to colour, design or size less than 3 months from your date. All changes need to be discussed and confirmed in in writing with our team to see if possible more than 3 month’s notice from your event date. Any changes made within the 3 months cannot be guaranteed.
